Description[?]:

Article 1)

All industrial waste that can reasonably be recycled must be recycled.

Article 2)

Waste not capable of being reasonably recycled may only be disposed of in areas designated for industrial waste.

Article 3)

Hazardous waste must be disposed of in a manner that will not affect adjacent human populations or ecosystems for the duration of their toxicity.

Article 4)

All areas designated for industrial waste or hazardous waste must be clearly marked and posted at a distances in which a reasonable person would be able to avoid such areas.

Article 5)

The contamination of the environment or people is punishable by a fine to be determined by a percentage of a persons' or companies' net worth. This will be in addition to the cost of containment of said contamination.
