Since the departure of the Social Liberal Party, nearly 16% Of the Senate is now vacant and some provinces cruely lack representation in the Senate, such as Kenai, which currently lack 33% of its senators. This situation is totally unfair and undemocratic,

Message	OOC: That's not true the Nation Master CAN automatically call elections if the absence is greater than 15%. He or she doesn't have to and the senate isn't legally obligated to. That being said I think we should pick a month which we want our regular election that way going forward it is set.

Message	OOC: Nope there is nothing that obliges the senate to call early elections. I think what you're thinking of is the duties of the Federal Elections Commission which is what references the 15% mark.

First, because it would be more convinent to have the election at the begining of the year and also because the budget of the year is tradionally done in march-april so it would give to the newly form government a reasonable amount of time prepare their own ''budget''.
