| This bill restricts the employment of foreign nationals to those circumstances where the government has determined there is a labor shortage. DECLARING the value of foreign labor to the Alorian economy when Alorians are not able to fill the roles these workers can fill, EXPRESSING concern that unfair competition with foreign nationals may impose lower wage rates and inferior conditions on domestic workers in those circumstances when labor is not in shortage, WISHING to create a policy where Alorian workers are protected from undue competition in their own country. |
