Bill: Civil Rights Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Lutte Féministe de Libération
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2190
Description[?]:
Our current policy allows for brutal discrimination on any basis. This should not be allowed. We have, at the very least, a duty to ensure that companies do not discriminate in their employment. This proposal suggests that we go beyond that and actively ensure that minorities are given certain advantages to make up for past discrimination and create a welcoming and prosperous climate. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Positive discrimination.
Old value:: No form of positive discrimination is permitted.
Current: No form of positive discrimination is permitted.
