Details
Submitted by[?]: Whig Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 4267
Description[?]:
Our current banking policy places the financial security of our nation and the stability of the Ruta in jeopardy every time we have an election. Placing the Central bank under the authority and oversight of the Ministry of Finance makes it vulnerable to the whims and changes dictated by any particular administration or Minister of Finance. We propose allowing the Central Bank of Rutania to exercise more autonomy to create a stable monetary policy. As long as we embrace uncertainty businesses will fear chaos and will invest their funds in more stable nations, we urge the Peoples Assembly to approve this measure -Prime Minister Royce Blood |
