Message | This law actually has a lot of strategic merit to it. There is an old saying, “They enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Though, they might not be considered a “close ally” it might still be beneficial to sell them weapons. For example: If a country fighting Rutania came to us an needed help winning that war (in the forms of arms) it would be economically and strategically wrong to not support them.
