(THis bill was proposed by the minister of Infrastructure and Transport Elliot Hoffman) Even if private post office should be allow, we should at least regulate them. Let's give to ministry of Trade and Industry the power and the autority to protect the hutorian citizen agaisn't possible frauds and abuses commited by private post offices. Provision; Article 1) The ministry will have the responsability to create and to enforce regulations on private post offices |
