Understanding the need for reform of the nations criminal justice laws and recognizing what is achievable in this Peoples Assembly we in the Grand Conservative Union offer this compromise to satisfy the Peoples Assembly and the need for reform. Previous attempts at criminal justice reform by this administration have been met with the criticism that we are too harsh, that not enough compassion has been taken into account in the bill, this bill attempts to correct this. |
