MessageA noble bill. If you were to change it so that the packaging was 100% warning and no branding then we would definitely support.

MessageGood mourning ladies and gentlemen.
I appreciate that this document is long and certainly controversial in some people's eyes. However the issue of smoking related diseases and second hand smoking is ever present in our country. It is the working class that is being hurt the most by smoking. And it's not just themselves but also the others around them that are being effected.
I don't want smoking banned, I don't want to force people into quitting, this bill isn't that at all.
I want smokers to be considerate of others and light up somewhere else, like outside. It's ridiculous that in this day and age, in this age of such advanced tech that we still live our lives completely oblivious to the dangers.
This bill tackles everything that brings in new smokers, it tackles the cool, often edgy look cigarettes have that appeal to kids and teens.
It tackles the flavours people favour more than others and brings smokers of all into one category which is smoking. Smoking is smoking in my eyes it still kills, and often it will kill you off faster and worse than ordinary cigarettes.
It tackles the advertising problem we have were people are lured in and hooked by a smoking superstar or pop singer.

I strongly believe that smoking can't grip Gaduridos like this and if it does more will die and more will suffer.
I have here a set of predictions, which I can read for the house now, "if this revolutionary bill passes now, over time 45% of cigarette smokers will quit."
Now that came from a top scientist based in Gadur!
I must now leave you on one shocking statistic, "if this bill is rejected and the 53% of Gaduridans who smoke continue to do so at the right they are smoking and were they are smoking 37% of children born today will have died due to second hand smoke by 4290.
I urge everyone to think about these stats when they vote on this later.
Thank you.

MessageI would like to inform the United Party for Progress that we will table another bill after this when smoking numbers are reduced, believe me, this is just part one. I hope that the United Party for progress will support?

Message*A couple of standing ovations from members of the UPP*

Hear, hear.

I would like to inform the honourable gentleman that this bill is one of the best we have seen in a long time and we will be definitely voting in favour. We would support any further parts to the this radical anti-smoking campaign and would like to see it extended further into areas such as drugs and so on.

If just half the smokers were to quit the amount we would need to spend on healthcare would decrease vastly.
