A bill to change the drug law in this country.

Article 4: Citizens from other nations visiting Gaduridos who may be permitted to use drugs in their home nation will be prohibited from using drugs in Gaduridos after this bill has passed.

Article 5: companies which supply drugs entirely for prescriptions will not be allowed to brand their produce drugs that can be purchased without pescription will be exempt.
