| Benvenuto Pagliarini, Minister of Foreign Affairs: "Hon. Deputies, this is the first step of the Budgetary and Fiscal Reorganization programmed by part of the Government. The main changement which you can see, is the raising in the budget of the Health and Social Services. With the reintroduction of a solid Social Security System, stamped out few years ago too lightly, and convinced of the long date needs of adeguate resources for the matter. The increase will be possible thanks the use of funds set aside years ago for the Defensive Renovation Program and for some Scientific Cooperation, all projects which were achivied and concluded already years ago and then thanks to a reduction in the Infrastructure budget due to the large privatizations of the past years which will be not totally reversed by this government. Finally, with this budget, the Government will set aside investment founds for the economy, which will be used to: - Finance the Industrial and Scientific Research Cooperative to coordinate the efforts of the consortium of private companies and research institutions which already was created after the finalization of the Research and Development Program on a new generation of Nuclear Reactor, intrinsecally safer than the current ones and incredibly greener: such a reactor create only the 0.1% of the radiactive waste compared to the current reactors, only the 17% of the waste will have the needs of a security storage but only for a maximum of 300 years, like some other chemical products and waste, nothing compared to the 24.000 years, for example, of the Plutonium. - A tax reliefs system for these company which decide to invest in expansion programs in Istalia, for companies which will promote traineeship, which will hire young under 30, which will invest in the scientific reserach and for the companies which, after the reintroduction of the industrial regulation, will adeguate their system to clean and recicle their waste products. We think that today we have the opportunity to imparting an important stimulus to our economy and our scientific capabilities, a program which, despite the claims of the last times by the seats of the opposition, will strongly rely on the capabilities of the Private sector which this Government want that it grow. A healthy way to grow, a growing which doesn't rely on the deregulamentation of the workers protections, which will not rely on the exploitation of the man by part of the man, which doesn't risk to enrich enven more few at the expensses of the large majority. | Message | Giorgia Mulino, Whip of LP: "We hope that now the Right will definitively notice that the new government is not at tall here to introduces socialist programs or impose a communist collective or other things like that. Istalian people and their representatives by now clearly cannot but appreciate the istalian social economic system, an harmonious cooperation of private and public sector, a public sector, however, dedicated especiallu to assure adeguate welfare standar for the citizens, protected all their life because they are istalians and citizens, leaving the productive activities as well as many services in the hand of the privates. A stable balance which LP, despite the accuse of political opportunity, in effect always suppported and promoted. OOC: we are a little like the sweden, or at least in few months we will retourn to be it ahahahhaha :P |
