Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| The United Party for Progress propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Federal Union of Gaduridos. Latest forecast: barring any unexpected changes the debt will be paid off by September 4273. That is in 4 years time. Therefore we propose to raise spending as once the debt is paid off we will be wasting money by just letting it pile up. No doubt many will find the increase in the Head of Government's budget concerning. However this budget is not the HoG's salary. The money that falls to the HoG will be used in special projects that do not fall under a specific cabinet ministry. If there is any surplus it will be given to charity. The Head of Government should make it clear what projects s/he is spending the money on so that the people can be wise as to these provisions. |

| Message | Current revenue is about 2,200,000,000,000 and therefore we will be running a surplus of about 105,000,000,000 GAD after this budget is adopted. If we wanted to we could put this amount into the International Terran Bank (but we are not a signatory of that treaty yet). |
