Details
Submitted by[?]: Baltusian International Democratic Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 4270
Description[?]:
The time has come for the next set of Constitutional Court Justices to be sworn in under the following act: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=533351 "Article X- Every party in Congress shall be entitled to appoint a judge to the Baltusian Constitutional Court, with the Justice Minister appointing one further judge after an election. In cases where there is a tie on the Court, the case shall be reheard. If, upon the rehearing of a case, the verdict is tied, it shall be ruled to be the status quo." Each party is now required to announce their justice to the Baltsian Constitutional Court. The Justice Minister should also appoint one further judge as to ensure an odd number of judges. The current justices will serve until January 4278, hearing and voting on all cases filed prior to that election. Thank you. |

Message | You weren't excluded from having an opportunity to appoint our justices despite being the largest party in Congress. You have that very opportunity now and Jack Lapson will now be your judge. Your understanding of how things works is abysmal at best. |

Message | OOC: Obviously QC in real life is given as Queens Counsel to excellent barristers, however, in Baltusia it is represented as 'Quality Counsel'. |
