-The policy of allowing Closed and Union shops goes against free market principles in service only to the power of Unions. If Unions are serving their members in a positive manner then they shouldn't have to force people to be members are not have employment.

Allowing only Agency shops will not negatively effect the Unions by not depriving them of funds as people will still have to pay to cover Union cost, this will allow people to choose whether or not to join their respective available Union.
