Regarding the line of succession for the Office of High Commissioner, inheritance shall be by largely agnatic primogeniture. In the event of a lack of capable son then the office shall pass onto the High Commissioner's eldest daughter. In the event that the High Commissioner has no children then the most senior member of the Hayashi family shall inherit the office. We also hereby create the Inheritance Regulation Agency to regulate inheritance. The agency shall fall under the purview of the Internal Affairs Ministry. |
