| This bill aims at bringing the cultures of Narikaton and Darnussia closer together by stimulating culture of both regions and intergrating them into eachother. upon passing of this bill the regions of Narikaton and Darnussia shall lease pieces of art from each others museums (a minimum of 4) to improve the knowledge of the people of both regions about each other. All article's below are included to stimulate the preservation of culture of both regions and to subsidize the creation of new art and art forms. |

Old value:: The government subsidises artistic institutions such as art schools and galleries, but does not subsidise individual artists.
Current: The government never subsidises or commissions art.
Proposed: The government subsidises artistic institutions and some artists on a case by case basis.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government regulation of the viewing of movies.
Old value:: The viewing of movies is not regulated by the government.
Current: Only government approved movies are allowed to be viewed.
Proposed: The government sets a range of standards (to be determined) but these only apply to movie theaters.
