| Message | Members of Congress, If our county's first line of defence is filled by conscientious objectors, who I will remind you, cannot fill combat roles, or if our first line of defence is going to be filled by mandatory recruitment when we enter a time of warfare, then I can only say that the Baltusian military is in a far worse state than even I, as President realised. One does wonder how the Block Bloc supporters came to find out this information.
