| In accordance with the Public safety act I hereby call a state of emergency in the whole of Beiteynu with the following provisions: 1. All able bodied men are hereby called upon to report for immidate deployment and training.All women have to be registered for non-military duty. 2. All communication facilities are reserved for the army primarily. 3. All transport routes are reserved for army purposes in the first place. 4.
