I, First Minister of Kafuristan, in accordance with the powers vested upon me by our great monarch, hereby call a state of emergency in Kafuristan, upon recent developments in the region, with the following provisions: 1. All able bodied men and women above the age of 16 are hereby called for registration and deployment. Non-militarily-trained men shall report for training. 2. All communication facilities will be mandatorily opened for military usage. 3. All roads shall be closed with immediate effect, with only official logistics transport of goods and men allowed. 4. All non-enlisted citizens must report at the nearest bomb shelter within 4 hours of this broadcast. 5. All civilian flights in and out of Kafuristan will be grounded until further notice. 6. All ministers, top-ranking ministry and civil service officials, Members of the Consultative Assembly and their families must report to their specific assigned venues within 2 hours of this broadcast. 7. Martial law shall officially be enacted and curfews will be enforced strictly. 8. Prisons will be fully staffed and operated as usual. 9. All military vehicles will be mobilised and ready for deployment within 3 hours of this broadcast. 10.
