| I, First Minister of Kafuristan, hereby introduce the following Act will the following provisions: 1. All defence companies shall hereby temporarily cease the sale of weapons to foreign nations till further notice. 2. All defence companies shall be hereby directed to produce Specialised Emergency Defence Systems (SEDS) that will be sold to the Kafuristan government. 3. The National Orbital, Missile & Aircraft Defence (NOMAD) System will be activated and mobile components deployed immediately. 4. Private defence organisations with contracts to manage NOMAD shall focus solely on intelligence gathering and NOMAD operations until further notice. 5. The Kafuristan Orbital Defensive Weapons, Armaments & Reconnaissance (KOLDWAR) Unit will be completely engaged and deployed. Signed First Minister Mustafa al-Ghaffari |
