Description[?]:
Following progress in the Karlstadt Peace Conference and in light of the proposed withdrawal of Kazulian troops from northern Budelanlar and Hulstria (an area they refer to as Statvinger) back to the pre-war border, this bill approves Military Council action to stand down our own troops and instruct Sekowan allies to return to their own country forthwith. It also approves the creation of a 10-mile demilitarised zone on our side of the border to allow peaceful discourse between our two nations as we look to secure a permanent diplomatic solution. Furthermore, it will precipitate the end of the defensive protocol known as Human Shield and facilitate a prisoner exchange between the two nations. Heerführer General Manfried von Lapsburg |

Message | I warn opposition parties - particularly those who are already under surveillance for their activities with paramilitary groups - that any attempt to hinder or disrupt this peace process will be dealt with using the full force of Military Council law.
