Description[?]:

A bill to greatly reduce smoking in Gaduridos.

Article 1: Tobacco companies are banned from branding cigarette packs completely, only cigar and pipe companies are excluded.
The whole box must affectively be a warning.

Article 2: Nicotine levels in Cigarettes must not exceed 35% and tar 20% again Cigars and pipes are excluded.

Article 3: Smokers will have to pay a "fag tax" for every packet bought.

Article 4: A series of adverts encouraging people to quit will be released by the healthservice exposing cigarette's health effects.

Article 5: Scenes in films and games glamourising smoking will be censored.

Article 6: Cigarette butts must be biodegradable.

Article 7: Filters will be given away freely at all places that sell tobacco to encourage smokers to use a filter.

Article 8: Cigarettes must be uniform an cannot be unique.

Article 9: Cigarettes must be sold at a minimum of £14 and in packs of no more than twentey and no less than ten.

Article 10: E-cigarettes are to be given as a pescribed medicine to those trying to quit smoking.

THESE LAWS WILL NOT APPLY TO E-CIGARETTES, CIGARS, PIPES or chewing tobacco as they are not as addictive as cigarettes and are far less popular than cigarettes.

MessageI disagree, there is no evidence to suggest that the vast majority of e-cigarettes cause cancer and are most probably safe. Howevever there are dodgy e-cigarettes on the market which are highly illegal and they could cause cancer.
