Message | An ungoing investigation is not enough base to expell a representative. We defend pressumption of innocence. |

Message | Even if the leftist extremists had nothing to do with the death of Andrew Jackson. Sylvester Grey still did not pay taxes on his donations nor did the report them. He gave them the LRAFA a known violent and extremist organisation unknown amounts of money through illegal means. He broke the law. That alone is enough for expulsion. |

Message | The LRAFA is not a terrorist group and we think all charges should be dropped |

Message | The PSPL will not tolerate violence, and corruption from any of it's members, even from its president. Inter-party hearings are currently being held for Grey's removal from the PSPL, And at this point the evidence seems insurmountable. The PSPL Supreme Council has removed Grey from his office, and party Vice President Abraham Duckworth has assumed former President Grey's former responsibilities as party President. Richard G.S. Ulysses, Chairman of the PSPL |

Message | Dear Congressmen, This Congress does not have the power to expell any of its members, according to Article 2.1 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Likatonia. We are lucky that no majority can expell the opposition from the House, and under the same principle Mr. Grey cannot be expelled during his term. This proposal is inconstitutional. Jane López SLP Speaker |

Message | It is not unconstitutional. A expulsion of a congressman requires a 2/3 majority in congress. |

Message | Then we can expell all 35 congressmen of the RCA, can't we? No, we can't. It is written on our Constitution, Article 2.1: "The House of Representatives shall have a maximum of 425 members elected by each State in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 for a term of office of 24 months." This means that, with no other provision on this issue on the constitution, Representatives' term lasts 24 months. No more, no less. You can't reduce the term of current congressmen with any majority; in any case you can amend the Constitution so that *in the next term* congressmen can be expelled. Either way, with all due respect, I don't expect Mr. Gray to be around in the next term. |

Message | The party don't lose thier seat if one of there congressman is expelled, the person is fired in essence. The seat still belong to the party that held it, and the party appoints a temporary congressman until the next election. |
Date | 00:23:57, September 21, 2017 CET | From | Republican Centrist Alliance | To | Debating the The Expulsion of Sylvester Grey from Congress Act of 4275. |
Message | To expell a congressman from Congress, you must have a valid reason. Expulsion requires breaking the law and being convicted of it. Or for being under Federal investigation for a heavy crime. Such as rape, attempted rape, murder, attempted murder, kidnappning, assult, terrorism, treason, corruption, smuggling, human trafficking and manslaughter. |
Date | 00:28:37, September 21, 2017 CET | From | Nationalist Party of Likatonia | To | Debating the The Expulsion of Sylvester Grey from Congress Act of 4275. |
Message | We do find it difficult to have a congressman potentially holding his seat from prison. This party will ask if we may allow President Arthur Jerry Thompson to temporarily come out of retirement to hold Grey's seat until the next election? |

Message | Its your partys seat, so you may appoint anyone of your party members who don't already hold a seat in congress. To be Temp Congressman until the general election. |
