To achieve a more proper balance of ecological protection within Cildania, we propose that waste disposal management and the regulation of hunting and fishing be devolved to local governments. Message | You advocate waste disposal devolving, yet assume power over recycling? Forced recycling at that. Recycling and labeling should remain at local levels. |

Message | Despite that, the other components are enough to get a Yea vote from me. |

Message | We have always felt that clear and comprehensive labeling is better then banning chemicals and such, this way people can make more informed decisions about what they are consuming. We feel that ensuring that recycling services are available everywhere is the best way to cut-down on waste within our economy and society, and the national government is in the best position to provide that within our industrial regulations framework. We may be open to devolving this power to the local government if our coalition partners are also interested in this. |
