I hereby seek to form a new cabinet and government based on bylaws of Malivia under the Cabinet Act http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=525275 under section 2(b) .

Once passed, this government mandate is the following:

Education reform( More expenditure needed)

Nomination of a Nationmaster

Constitional Reform including revision of currently laws , provision of a speaker and also defining role of Opposition Leader

Expand economic growth and corporation through trade

Commission to have Malivia on security council seat.
