This act will mean that all politically wrong monuments and such will be modified to support the current Sekowan state and culture. The various censorship boards and committees are to be merged into a single National Censorship Board. Media shall be divided into three categories. ALLOWED MEDIA: This means media that is allowed with no restrictions. This is all non-political, non-sexual media. It also includes all animated series or movies as they are likely harmless. Media in this category is allowed for all citizens freely. RESTRICTED MEDIA: Media that due to political or sexual nature must be censored. Once necessary modifications are made they may be sold and distributed freely. BANNED MEDIA: Media too political to be allowed, even with censorship. Most dystopian novels, political manifestos and such are in this category. In addition new funding is to be given to the Culture Ministry to produce pro-Sekowan, pro-monarchy and pro-Kamist material.
