| The Grand Whig Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. We propose adjusting the Budget of the Health and Social Services Ministry to reflect the changes decided on in the Robust Accountability Act http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=538137 and the changes from the expected passage of Aid for Countries in need 4276 http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=538254 The decreased spending in this budget will place the Commonwealth on a responsible fiscal path after a more than a decade of deficit spending. |
