Bill: Animal-Human Welfare Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Social Democratic Party of Darnussia

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2190

Description[?]:

The owners of dangerous animals must be held responsible if their pet attacks another person, the best way to do this is, we believe, is to make it that those dangerous animal owner, by law, must make sure that those animals cannot escape and inflect harm on another person.

Owners of dangerous animals must take responsibility for their pets, which can maim, injure, poison, disable or kill another person, and if that animal escapes then the pet owner should be prosercuted by a court, to see if they did take necessary measures to ensure the dangerous animal could not escape, or if they decided that they were not bothered and just didn't do it, or cut corners.

We must pass this act for public safety
