MessageWhy are we favoring the large regions.

Our nation is divided along Province boundries, the majority currently get more reps into the region, why are we favoring them even more by giving them a larger advantage?
WE need to defend the rights of the smaller provinces from the tyranny of the larger ones. Thus we split by population but do not give an extra boost to the large ones rather round in favor of the smaller ones.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
