| Workplace democracy is as essential as political democracy and possibly even more so. We should encourage businesses to be run democratically, by the workers themselves rather than by any oligarchy. While we believe every business should be run democratically, we seek at the very least the restoration of pro-democratic policy. It is best for business decisions to be made in the best interests of all employees and what better way to ensure that than through workers' councils. |
