Message | Mr. Marshall, This is very dangerous, misguided and unnecessary bill. We could not possibly support exportation of our arms to non-aligned countries. Our defense sector is still relying mainly on imports and outsourcing of armaments production so this would only cause deterioration in the sphere of mutual trust with our main partners like Baltusia and Istalia. Yes we are constantly improving our defense sector, our military spending is amongst the highest, with 2,66% of the GPD (1,77% thanks to the expenditure from the state budget with the remaining 0.89% provided by the National Economic Fund), but we cannot risk our political position by turning our country into weaponry dealing one, this would cause deterioration of multilateral relations which we have been building within the frames of the Seleyan Council, the Council of Seleya and North Seleyan Economic Community. 1. National Forces of Defense of Valruzia - http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/National_Forces_of_Defense_of_Valruzia 2. National Economic Fund - http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/National_Economic_Fund_(Valruzia) additional articles: A - Valruzia - http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Valruzia B - Economy of Valruzia - http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Economy_of_Valruzia As for the second proposal, we would be keen to support the second proposal of increasing the international aid given by our government, which I must admit is currently at very poor level, and this issue has not been met with appropriate actions from my administration, however I must remind the submitter of this project that Valruzia is not very rich country and cannot allow itself for offering vast sums of international aid, especially financial aid, therefore we would be keen to support moderate level of aid given internationally, as our main priority should always be providing Valruzians with a prosperous conditions of living. The third proposal is unacceptable for us in every inch of it. We will never support full termination of tariffs or quotas imposed on imported goods, as this action would not be met with the same action from the exporter. This would put our domestic products in an inferior position regarding the imported ones. We are supporters of bilateral agreements between states on freedom of trade but we could not possibly accept such unwise and dangerous move, as presented in this extra-parliamentary proposal. Anita Kraft, Prime Minister of Valruzia. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
