MessageMr. Speaker,

For the past thirteen years Luthori has isolated itself from the international stage, refusing to respond to any foreign communications whatsoever. Time and time again the Traditional Republicans have taken office with a mere third of the seats. It is clearly time for a capable government to take power, and the current arrangement has prevented. The reason as to why any party would vote to continue this practice is entirely beyond me.
