| With the passing of this act we bestow the heir to the Imperial throne with the title of 天の息子 (Son of the Heavens). We also decree that within Sekowan territory Her Imperial Majesty the Empress shall be known as Kibō to heiwa no kōgō (Empress of Hope and Peace) alongside her official titles. Furthermore, to celebrate 20 years of her reign we instruct the government to prepare for huge celebrations and festivals all across Sekowo in the years 4290 and 4291. |
