| Some have suggested that we introduce a new rule for debate and voting on bills in Jakania. Since several parties seem to agree, I would like to propose the following: • Any bill that includes three separate articles or less, may be sent to the voting stage by its creator at any time after its creation. This includes bills without articles (resolutions). • Any bill that includes more than three separate articles, must remain in the debate state for a minimum of 3 in-game months (12 real-life hours) after its creation, before it can proceed to the voting stage. This initiative is intended to encourage roleplay, debate and constructive discussion — and to prevent an overflow of bills. If this bill passes, it will be added to the official Jakanian roleplay laws. |
