Our reasoning on these two issues is as follows:

There is no reason as to why foreign missionaries who abide by Luthorian religious practices should be prohibited from entering the nation. This would allow them access into Luthori, and continue to ban the entry of missionaries attempting to preach their false religions to Luthorians.

The second article would allow the Luthorian Church to promote and advertise themselves, but would again ban the promotion of false religions to Luthorians.
