Bill: Employee Rights Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alternative for Aldegār Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 4286
Description[?]:
It has come to our party's attention that employees who strike are retrenched. It's unfair as the workers have the right to strike, to get their feelings known about a particular rule made by the management or if the workers support another workers union. I urge the government to allow the workers to strike as not everything is money |

Old value:: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.

Message | While the PSP agrees in favor of striking as it helps the economy in the long-term, we think there are bizarre reasons why some strikes may occur. |
