Message | Mr. Speaker, The fact remains that being the largest party does not always mean that party can form a government, or indeed, represent a majority of the electorate. This law led to fifteen years of Traditional Republican rule; we have seen what damage it can do to our nation, and so we implore our colleagues to end this once and for all by repealing it. |
