Message | Mr. Speaker, The DCP agrees with all articles of this bill except Article 3. Local governments should be responsible for firefighting and installing a national firefighting service will only be an unnecessary burden on the national government. However, for administrative purposes, we will be voting yes on the bill, and proposes a bill hence, to change proposed situation. -DCP |
