We currently maintain many aid programs internally and this change would weaken those. 2) I shutter to think about giving the state control over legal representation. Public defenders hardly provide steller defenses. (Mainly because they manage many trials at once.) 3) This removes the "minimum" adjective. It will only promote laziness. 5) No, forced labor to produce for the society they victimized stands as a positive form of punishment. 6) This removes precious equity from low income families. |
