MessageDisagree. Child Labor isn't like what you think it is. Its like someone at age 16 going to work at fast food. Thats considered child labor. Thats what this is.

MessageI'm agreed with saying that if a kid wants to do a weekend job he should be able to do this.
But child labour for me sounds like putting kids to work against their wil at a young age.

MessageWe understand the CDs plight; however, the Protectorates are correct in this instance according to Federation Law.

Anyone under 21 is considered a child. As such, if anyone between 16-20 works, it is considered child labor.

MessageBAH, we keep making this mistake... we apologize to both parties again. As we all know, there are two parties that start with P now... we are still adjusting as you can see.

MessageIts should be noted that under law there are many differing definitions of how adulthood is defined in respect to the circumstances of the argument such as the age of consent in sex as well as the age at which one may vote; often these differ.
The age at which one is no longer declared a child in the workplace surely also differs and thus the FPA would agree that being under the age of 15 is the criterion for child labour. Hence we cannot support this bill....

MessageHowever, those judges that are strict constructionists will surely misinterpret child labor if it is not stipulated at a certain age.

If it is stipulated at 15, we can agree.
