Bill: Term Length and Legislative Restraint Amendment
Details
Submitted by[?]: Whig Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 4288
Description[?]:
In effort to see the Federal term reduction enacted we propose this reformed version of the Amendment without lowering the amount of seats within the Peoples Assembly but still maintaining a clause for legislative restraint to ensure that this change to allow for more frequent public input doesn't result in never ending reactionary law changes in the People's Assembly. |
