Article 1: Purpose of this Act The purpose of this Bill is to repeal the morally corrupt Citizens' Classification Act of May 4258 and resettle the Classes. Article 2: Details of this Act 2A. This Bill will destroy the current classification system with Dundorfians at the top, Kunhitos at the bottom, and Hulstro-Mikuns in the middle. 2B. This Bill will implement a two tiered classification system. Class A will be comprised of citizens who ethnically identify as Hulstro-Mikun. Class B will be comprised of citizens who ethnically identify as Dundorfian or Kunhito or any other ethnicity. 2C. This system is only to be used for census and identification purposes. 2D. Discriminating based on class is highly illegal. The minimum punishment for this crime is thirty days in jail. A punishment higher is decided by local courts. An amendment regarding the minimum punishment is legal if created. Article 3: Implementation This Bill will be standard practice one month after ratification. |
