| Message | Honorable members of the Committe, All avenues of diplomacy should be being discussed right now. The specter of instability on the continent is on the rise and we should act in order to stop the rising tide of chaos. Just to our north the prosperous nation of Dorvik they are talking of building up a nuclear stockpile and becoming a 'world power' with the help of a foreign power no less, they plan on working with Kazulia to arm and become a military behemoth. The Dundorfian race has a long history of and it is riddled with violent episodes, we must use diplomacy to prevent this moment becoming the beginning of one of these violent episodes. Already Dorvik has descended into political chaos after an election and a breakdown of relations between the parties, the situation must be monitored and the Commonwealth should prepare for any eventuality as this progresses but the most important thing we can do right now is attempt to open a dialogue.
