This reforms of this bill aim to pull the plug on various parts of the nanny state that are disastrous and extremely costly. The sky-high budgets of many Federal government departments are the reason this nation has struggled to maintain a positive yearly budget, if spending is not cut the government will be forced to continue to either borrow money from the Central bank or begin quantitative easing to cover the balance, should this bill pass the combination of increased tax revenue due to economic growth and savings from Federal spending cuts will correct Rutania's fiscal situation while creating prosperity for generations to come. |
