We thank the Frontul Unificat al Lucrătorilor for their defence of democracy. Because of their contribution for democracy and the fact that only a small majority supports our liberal rule we hereby present a new bill to comply to the unified will of the people for a more social government. |

Old value:: Health care is entirely private.
Current: There is a public health care system, but private clinics are allowed.
Proposed: Health care is private, but is paid for by the state for people with low incomes.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy on political education
Old value:: The Government requires all secondary school students to receive a political education that is biased towards the government.
Current: The Government requires all secondary school students to receive a basic political education.
Proposed: The Government requires all secondary school students to receive an advanced political education.
Article 3

Old value:: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.
Current: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
