Bello, simply we are constating that the promises of the broad liberalism in which Istalia lived for almost a century didn't give to our citizens and society the results all of us expected. Then, two of the three laws we want change was changed just few years ago from you, leaving in the hand of the privates such important sector. The only "novelty" is our proposal to devolve to the local governments the task to offer to the citizens public libraries, a way to democratize even more the culture for our citizens." |
