This Bill shall restore human rights & individual liberty to our justice system. The death penalty, as symbol of the tyranny of the dissolved monarchy, shall be abolished and the government shall pursue an ethical extradition policy, only extraditing to nations where justice is served fairly and those awaiting trail, as well as prisoners, have their human rights observed and are treated with dignity. We shall ensure equality before the law by ensuring that all citizens have fair legal representation and propose that criminals who have served their time & been released have their voting rights returned to them. |
