| This bill moves to establish the Главное Управление Лагерей(Chief Administration of Corrective Labor Camps) and the Народный комиссариат внутренних дел (People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs). These measures are to discourage subverters in Trigunia and inspire people to be the best Trigunian they can be! All Power to the Front! |
