| HIM The Emperor of Daekyojeguk: Greetings People of the Empire! Today is a day to celebrate! The Kyo Empire is Restored! Though We disagree with the Ryeo about matters of who is legitimate Royal Family, we will respect their position for now and we, the Hwangje, offer best wishes to their reign. We of Hwangje do not cede the Royal claim and reserve the right to hold our own independent royal ceremonies as we are the legal and, by our matrilineal descent from the Sun Kami thousands of years ago(Kyo traditional Shamanism was centered on Female lineages generally), legitimate royal house of Dankuk. We do not recognize the decision by the Sangwon as Legitimate as for One: it was stacked against the Hwangje with Pro-Ryeo Members and so the House was not truly representative of the People's desires and two: it is ultimately irrelevant as what matters is what is right as even if a majority of a "voters" say one thing, the correct thing may be another-The Imperial Household Agency has already informed me of its intent to pressure for a Plebiscite among the people to better address the matter and out of respect for the people I will endorse their efforts. However our Royal Status is by basis of virtue and Kyo heritage-not by stacked popularity contests. Still, we will tolerate the Ryeo claim for the sake of peace and Harmony among our people. Nobility obliges that we conduct ourselves civilly and hold our disagreements civilly. Again best of Luck to the Ryeo Family and best wishes in their governing of my People.
