| Upon the passage of this bill, a state of war shall exist between the Jeztri Khanate of Jelbania and the so called Despotate of Deltaria. OOC: This war RP between Jelbania and Deltaria may end in a stalemate or victory for one side as agreed prior to its commencement. In the event that one country's players shall be unable to carry on with the RP, the war shall be deemed to have ended in a stalemate. |
